Welcome to LinkAmerica Corporation, a ‘Best In Class’ transportation provider. LinkAmerica’s original platform of independently operated companies was established in 1996 with Lane Freight, Washita Freight Systems, Interstate Express and Dannie Gilder, Inc. Since then, LinkAmerica has evolved into an integrated system with innovative capacity solutions delivered through three divisions: Dedicated and Logistics Services, LinkAmerica Express – 53’ Division, and Lane Freight – 57’ Division.
I’d like to introduce those who lead the charge to ensure ‘Best In Class’ service and solutions. This team is passionate about sustaining a service culture, utilizing technology to provide real-time data to our customers, and for understanding the challenges facing our customers so LinkAmerica can provide appropriate transportation solutions.
Russ Greene is Vice President/GM of LinkAmerica Express, the 53’ Division. Russ started his career in transportation while in college at the University of Missouri, studying Business Logistics. His 20 years of operations and national account management provide LinkAmerica the depth and breadth necessary to provide world class service for our customers. Russ joined LinkAmerica in 2003.
LinkAmerica Express provides regional and expedited solutions to its base of large shippers. LinkAmerica’s top accounts are Fortune 500 companies. Our track record with them is stellar and includes several carrier-of-the-year awards. Additionally, we are consistently ranked in the top tier of go-to carriers. LinkAmerica Express’ white glove treatment is made possible by blending its customers’ needs and driver lifestyle needs.
Carl Bailey is Vice President/GM of LinkAmerica Dedicated. Carl began his career in transportation 14 years ago and has experience in managing regional and national accounts as well as dedicated transportation services. He was previously the General Manager of Dedicated Services for a transportation solutions company. Carl joined LinkAmerica in April 2008.
LinkAmerica Dedicated provides customized transportation and logistics solutions, addressing needs for capacity as well as for flexibility with equipment, through developing long-term relationships with customers and focusing on individual logistics requirements.
David Mendenhall is Vice President/GM of Lane Freight, the 57’ Division. David started his transportation career in dispatch operations. Soon after, he launched a transportation leasing company. After selling it, David stayed and served as the Vice President of Operations until he joined LinkAmerica as VP of Operations in 1997. David was promoted to President of Dannie Gilder, Inc. in 2001 and later to EVP of Operations for LinkAmerica.
Lane Freight is one of the largest 57’ fleets in the country and is positioned into intra-Texas, regional lanes. More capacity per load means significant savings for our customers.
Dennis Hyland is Executive Vice President of Sales & Marketing. A graduate of the Transportation/Logistics program at Iowa State University, Dennis brings valuable experience in both operations and sales management from major truckload companies. He is responsible for the overall LinkAmerica sales strategy and growth. Dennis joined LinkAmerica in September 2007.
Aaron Yeager is the Vice President of Asset Management. He is a graduate of Iowa State University’s Agricultural Systems Technology and Agribusiness Management program. After two years in the role of Territory Service Manager and Technical Training Instructor with a leading agricultural equipment company,, Aaron was recruited to LinkAmerica where he has held numerous positions in operations and maintenance.
Aaron is providing the vision and leadership for LinkAmerica’s maintenance and purchasing departments, and is identifying and implementing methods for maximizing efficient, cost-effective equipment utilization and location. He is also identifying and addressing other cost containment opportunities for LinkAmerica.
Keath Storm is Vice President, Human Resources/Organizational Development. Keath has a Bachelors Degree in Theology from Hillsdale College and Masters in Human Relations from The University of Oklahoma. He has many years of expertise in growing and developing people and organizations and has held positions in HR management in several industries. Keath is also an Executive/Performance Coach and public speaker. He joined LinkAmerica in June 2008.
Keath is focusing on creating a 'Best in Class' culture for the LinkAmerica family and developing key people initiatives to support the overall business strategy.
The commitment to our core values is real and constant. It is driven by individual and organizational goals that are designed to ensure attention to the details our customers have grown to expect from us.
I feel honored to be associated with LinkAmerica and look forward every day to working with our disciplined professionals as we explore how we can support our customers’ efforts.
